Yes, all of our ceramic items are handcrafted and kiln-fired at high temperatures, making each piece unique in texture and color.

2. Are your ceramics fragile? How should I care for them?

While our ceramics are made with durable materials, they should still be handled with care. Avoid dropping or exposing them to sudden impacts. Clean gently using a soft cloth.

3. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer complimentary basic gift wrapping. Custom gift boxes or handwritten cards can be added upon request.

4. Can I place a custom order?

Absolutely! We accept small custom orders. You may send us your ideas, designs, text, or references, and we’ll work with you to create a personalized item.

5. How long does it take to ship my order?

We typically process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Local (Hong Kong) orders usually arrive in 2–4 working days. International shipping time depends on the destination.

Yes. We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days for non-damaged, unused items. Please keep the original packaging and receipt.
