Refund and Returns Policy

At OneClick (一鍵達), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below:

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving it.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged by misuse, improper handling, or accidents

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will receive a confirmation email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Your order number and contact information

We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
